Mahadya – Marathi Recipe   Mahadya is a traditional Satara special recipe. If you have no sabzi at home then this can be a quick and tasty option. This is a very easy and simple recipe. INGREDIENTS 2 tsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds A pinch of Hing 1 cup finely chopped Onion 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 cup roasted Peanut powder Salt to taste Water Finely chopped Coriander leaves INSTRUCTIONS Heat up oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them pop up. Add cumin seeds, hing, onion and mix well. Fry onion on medium heat until it gets light golden color.
